Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
The explanations and information provided on this page are only general and high-level explanations and information about the Refund Policy of PHC Consulting. This document does not constitute legal advice. PHC Consulting recommends that you seek qualified legal counsel to help you understand your rights and obligations, and to assist in the creation of a refund policy suited to your own business and circumstances.
Our Refund Policy
A Refund Policy is a legally binding document that establishes the legal relationship between PHC Consulting and its clients regarding whether and how refunds may be provided. Because PHC Consulting provides professional consulting services rather than physical products, this policy is governed by the terms of each client engagement and the nature of the services delivered.
In some jurisdictions, applicable consumer protection laws may require businesses to disclose their refund practices. This policy is intended to provide clear and transparent communication about PHC Consulting's position on refunds, and to help clients understand what to expect before entering into a service engagement.
Our Refund Policy
All fees paid to PHC Consulting for consulting services, retainer agreements, project engagements, or any other professional services are non-refundable. By remitting payment or executing a service agreement with PHC Consulting, clients acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Timeframe for refund requests: PHC Consulting does not accept refund requests at any stage of an engagement. Because our services are customized, time-sensitive, and resource-intensive, fees are considered earned upon commencement of work and are not subject to return.
Full or partial refunds: PHC Consulting does not offer full or partial refunds under any standard circumstances. All fees paid are final, regardless of project stage, outcome, or client satisfaction with deliverables.
Conditions for refund consideration: PHC Consulting does not guarantee refunds under any conditions. Any exception to this policy, if applicable, must be expressly agreed upon in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PHC Consulting prior to the commencement of the engagement.
Cancellations and early termination
If a client elects to cancel or terminate a service engagement, written notice must be provided in accordance with the terms of the executed service agreement. Any fees paid at the time of cancellation are non-refundable, and any outstanding balance for work completed or initiated remains due and payable in full.
Billing disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify PHC Consulting in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. We will review all concerns in good faith and work toward a reasonable resolution. Submission of a billing dispute does not suspend or defer payment obligations.
